Hi Tom,

Single PR can't purchase EC direct from developer, however you are eligible for private condos. There are some close to EC prices, may I know if you will be keen? Thanks and look forward to discuss further on your housing plans.

This EC cannot be purchased by a PR. You could look at older developments. I guess the choice depends on your preferences and finances so to speak. Perhaps you could enlighten me on any location preference and your intended quantum so that I can conduct a progressive payment to narrow down which option you could consider and hence furnish you with the exact floor plan (with facing and elevation) and units details.
